The chancellery :
1) Organize meetings of the chancellor
2) Supervise the distribution of work to all staff in the office and supervise the performance of their work.
3) Check the received complaints, and complete the required information related to them in preparation for submission to the chancellor.
4) Prepare all the posts and mails, and present them to the chancellor
5) Carry out all the missions, and prepare the posts assigned by the chancellor.
6) Protect the chancellor’s seal, and stamp all signed transactions.
7) Carry out all Work assigned by the chancellor
